We have plans to begin new project named "Elisy Theater". The main idea is to create rich media community theater where users can create and publish their own scenes. These features are available after Silverlight 2.0, .Net and XAML were introduced by Microsoft.

If we go over the general case Elisy Theater is WMS (Web Map Service) with the XAML output. XAML extends the static bitmap output to add dynamics, multimedia content and interaction with users.

There are several applications of the above mentioned approach:

• Because Elisy Theater is WMS it can be combined with other WMS and map services like Google Maps, Yahoo Maps etc. The result is the live content over the static bitmaps.
• The nature of the Silverlight (or Flash) enables extra performance over the JScript vector graphics rendering. It will be easy, for example, to create Google Maps KML viewer and show better speed results than native Google KML viewer.
• .Net based Silverlight technology, Web-services support and JScript accessibility allow extensible architecture which includes plug-ins, deep integration, user defined design etc.
• In addition localization, layers support, high speed and lightweight components and other unknown yet features.
