The first CTP version of Elisy Theater have been introduced. It was implemented according to Composite Application for Silverlight (SCAB) principles. Elisy Theater declares ScabApplication inherited class named App at application project level. To support configuration on the server side App.xaml was carry out to XAP package. App.xaml configures the following services and modules:

• Projection service
• Shell module
• Virtual Earth overlay module
• Service Pane module
• Center Pointer module
• Layers module

Solution contains Elisy.Theater.Common assembly with common definitions like Shell x:names, constants to reference in SCAB reference system. All modules add reference to this assembly.

Elisy Theater can be extended to support Google Maps, Yahoo Maps and the other providers. Any WMS can be included as overlays. KML can be supported after KML to GeoXaml converted will be implemented.

We plan to deploy and support Elisy Theater product for free. Most of modules will be under LGPL. Shell module can be downloaded as freeware and this module will provide location oriented advertisement. Commercial version may be available by demand in addition to free version.
