Updated Composite Application for Silverlight supports Silverlight 2 RC0

Elisy Scab (Composite Application for Silverlight) has been updated to support just released Silverlight 2 RC0. You can download it from Downloads page (Elisy.Scab 2.0.2.1).

It includes several code changes according to Breaking Changes published by Microsoft:

DeckControl has been inherited from Panel because Canvas does not support public ArrangeOverride and MeasureOverride methods.
Solution unit test changes assembly reference from System.Windows.Controls.Extended to System.Windows.Controls.

Simple Elisy.Scab Demonstration (Unit Test) has been redesigned to support Silverlight 2 RC0. Please update your Silverlight plug-in when viewing the demonstration page.
